The right size tools are essential for anyone who works in a construction Technology like BIM & VR. Using large tools will cause problems, and if someone attempts to strip paint with a jackhammer, they will be escorted from the site. A construction management system is no different than no other.

Prefabrications in BIM

VR Rendering Types

Semi Immersive

Virtual reality simulators are most commonly used for semi immersive experiences. In spite of the fact that the cockpit controls, including the knobs and buttons, are real, the cockpit windows are projections that simulate flight as some racing games do as well. Simulators such as semi immersive ones are used primarily for educational and training purposes.

In spite of this, it is still possible to use them for a virtual architectural tour. Because of the isolated environment, users still perceive that they are in a different reality even in semi immersive mode.

Fully Immersive

In VR, the user wears a head mounted display and gloves to immerse themselves in a fully immersive virtual tour. It provides the most realistic architectural visualization experience, often with added sounds.

As if the user were in the middle of the surrounding environment, VR headsets provide a wide viewing angle. If a user moves an object or turns on a light, they feel inside the house. To use the interactive features, you may need to use another finger operated device.

Non Immersive

Users are physically seated in a physical environment and aware of their surroundings, but they actively engage in virtual activities. The use of gesture input instead of buttons has made non immersive VR more advanced in recent years. Simulating virtual reality using video games does not provide an immersive experience.
